  I'm giving the folks at Impervicote 3 stars based on my nearly 3 year experience with their product. I would have thought metal countertops came with more than a 2 year warranty, but shame on me for not paying closer attention. Anyway, my wife and I noticed a few months ago that the countertop where the sink is installed began to "bubble". After inquiring with the Impervicote rep, she determined that this could be due to rust forming under the powdercoat. She said they would be happy to fix it (after a month from my initial contact with Impervicote), but I would be charged for the entire piece of countertop (25sqft) rather than the problem area which is much much smaller. I would give a lower rating if it wasn't for the fact that the other countertops that aren't exposed to as much water as the sink area have held up well. I can't recommend this product to anyone else though as I think the 2 year warranty is a strategic business move for a known issue with the countertop to get more money from the consumer.
